Convenient device that is attached to the smoke outlet of any preheating furnace to remove gases and unburned pieces generated in the furnace due to the combustion of the waxes and other materials.
A forced ventilation system sweeps the gases produced in the furnace and leads to the hood located on the outside. During the time in the device, the gases and unburned pieces are reheated and catalyzed to reduce CO2 and H2O.
This device eliminates much of odors and harmful inhalation that products generated during preheating processes.
The catalyst is specially designed to work with HP ovens, but can also be attached to any other preheating furnace tube with a lower output than 38 mm (external diameter).
