Initial position (first level): offers a low intensity stretch for beginners.
Second level: offers a more intense stretch for intermediate level users.
Third level: offers a more intense stretch for advanced level users.
End position (fourth level): offers maximum stretch
Note: Most users do not need to reach the last level.
