Product description

Spine relax is a device that helps eliminate back pain.

  • With just a few minutes a day, you will be able to mitigate and even put an end to your sciatica or any other back pain derived from any disease caused by the compression of the vertebrae.
  • This device is intended to stretch the axis of the spine in a simple and safe way, in order to restore blood flow at the level of each disc. This will help regenerate the discs and regain their volume so that they resume their function as shock absorbers.

Working principles:

The padded abdominal bar, located just below the waist, acts as a retainer. The arms supports, aided by the user's weight when leaning forward, produce a soft but perceptible stretch in the spine and hamstrings.

The tilting movement must be performed smoothly and progressively. If necessary, adjust the abdominal bar, the height of the decompressor and the opening of the arm supports, until you find a comfortable position that allows to hold the stretch for 2 or 3 minutes.

Breathing slowly and deeply during exercise promotes the muscles' relaxation and maximizes stretching and the effects of decompression.

The lumbar vertebral decompressor is indicated for people between 150 and 190 cm in height.

Main causes of back pain:

In most cases, it occurs because the intervertebral discs have stopped fulfilling their function. This situation can be due to wear, poor postures and even stress resulting in sciatica, back pain or unbearable back pain in cases where there is friction between the vertebrae.

The main reasons that cause the deterioration of discs can be summarized in these 4 points:

  • The weight supported daily by our spine and overweight.
  • Poor posture during our daily activities, for example in front of the computer or at work.
  • Traumas and accidents, excessive exercise or over-exertion.
  • Stress. The stress and tension of modern life unconsciously contribute to increasing the pressure that the discs support or prevent them from regaining their position.

Dimensions and weight:

  • General measures (H x W x L): 65 cm x 58 cm x 85 cm
  • Weight: 6 Kg
