Sometimes we spend too many hours sitting in the same position at home or at work. The Fit Chair is designed to be used with standard desks or office tables (height between 70 and 74 cm). It is especially suitable for individuals measuring between 150 cm and 180 cm.

The innovative Fit Chair helps relieve tension and pain in back, legs and arms mainly caused by poor posture. Thanks to its ergonomics, it promotes proper alignment of the spine, improves posture and helps create a feeling of general well-being. The ball included works as a traditional fitball (exercise ball), promoting an active posture that strengthens muscle groups near to the neck, shoulders and back.
Accessories included:
- Chair with four wheels (two of them with brake).
- Inflatable fitball that can be removed to use it as an exercise accessory.
- Inflation pump.
Recommendations for use:
- Assemble the chair (insert the wheels with brakes in the rear area).
- Inflate the ball.
- Install the ball in the chair.
- For a couple of days, check if the ball is still properly inflated. It may require some extra inflation to reach its ideal size.
